Night Manager

ERTH is looking for an experienced Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift at its Abu Dhabi property. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with excellent leadership abilities and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations overnight, handle guest concerns professionally, supervise night shift activities, and support operational excellence while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.

• Ensure exceptional guest service by handling inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.

• Supervise hotel operations and coordinate with relevant departments throughout the night.

• Perform and monitor night audit procedures while ensuring operational accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent guest-handling and leadership abilities.

• Experience in hotel operations and night audit procedures.

• Flexibility to work night shifts.

• Strong knowledge of:
