Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from leaders who meet the following criteria:
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 10 years in a C-level or Director-level position
- Experience managing multiple regions or diverse markets is a plus
- CEO or prior board-level experience is highly valued, but not essential
- Strong strategic acumen and the ability to think long-term
- Demonstrated board executive presence and strong personal branding
- Proven thought leadership in their industry or field
- Active listening skills and the ability to navigate complex boardroom dynamics
- Strong empathy, inclusion mindset, and collaborative approach
