Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from leaders who meet the following criteria:

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 10 years in a C-level or Director-level position
• Experience managing multiple regions or diverse markets is a plus
• CEO or prior board-level experience is highly valued, but not essential
• Strong strategic acumen and the ability to think long-term
• Demonstrated board executive presence and strong personal branding
• Proven thought leadership in their industry or field
• Active listening skills and the ability to navigate complex boardroom dynamics
• Strong empathy, inclusion mindset, and collaborative approach
