Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursery, leading staff, ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards, and creating a positive learning environment for children.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day nursery operations
• Lead and support teaching and admin staff
• Ensure child safety and wellbeing at all times
• Maintain compliance with KHDA/EYFS standards
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Monitor curriculum and learning activities
• Handle admissions, staffing, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursery management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding policies
• Passion for early childhood education
• Completed Cache Level 5 -KHDA APPROVED ( preferred)
