Nursery Teacher

Description:

We are recruiting two passionate EYFS Nursery Teachers to join a respected, inquiry-led British nursery group operating in the UAE — one position based in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for practitioners who create nurturing, stimulating environments and deliver the English EYFS framework using play-based, inquiry-driven approaches.

What you’ll do:
• Establish a warm, safe and stimulating classroom for children aged 45 days to 5 years.
• Deliver the English EYFS framework through play-centred, inquiry-led learning experiences.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support all areas of early development.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress and use these insights to inform planning.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, communicating development and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a professional, reflective and supportive nursery culture.

We’re looking for:
• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education / EYFS.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the EYFS framework and early child development.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children..

Package:
• Salary: AED 8,000–10,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Location: 1 x Dubai | 1 x Abu Dhabi
