Nursery Teacher

Gummy Bear Nursery in Dubai is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to early childhood development and creating a positive learning environment for young children.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development, and overall classroom experience through engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities for nursery-aged children

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development

• Manage classroom behavior effectively and positively

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress

• Work collaboratively with other teachers and nursery staff

• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and early childhood education standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar nursery or early years teaching role

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (KHDA-approved preferred)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

• Ability to work in a nurturing and team-oriented environment

• Immediate availability is mandatory
