We’re now on the lookout for a proactive, well-rounded Odoo Technical lead and Functional Consultant to join our journey and help drive real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Understand our clients’ end-to-end business processes, SOPs, and policies — and map them brilliantly into Odoo.
- Handle the full implementation cycle: gather requirements, run workshops, configure modules, test, deploy, and support.
- Manage post-implementation support and deliver proper documentation, user guides, and best practices.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the dev team — translating business talk into actionable specs keeping in mind friendly UI and UX
- Be hands-on with all Odoo apps/modules — no matter if it's Accounting, Inventory, HR, or Website.
- Manage ERP projects from presales, kick-off to go-live — timelines, deliverables, client expectations, the whole deal.
- Drive after-sales services and build long-term client relationships.
- Work with our devs to tweak, customize, or extend Odoo using Python, JS, OWL, HTML, React, integrate with other Apps visa APIs, and develop mobile apps….
- Solve problems with a blend of analytical thinking and practical execution.
- Support the team with managerial and leadership capabilities when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent understanding of business processes and standard operating procedures, corporate government policies, across industries.
- Strong knowledge of all Odoo modules and apps — including the hidden gems.
- Solid experience in ERP project management, client requirement gathering, and functional documentation.
- Confidence in managing client communication and ongoing support services.
- Familiarity with development: Python, JavaScript, OWL, React, HTML, and mobile app environments. Able to solve issues in Odoo Coding and provide swift solution to development team.
- A problem-solver who’s comfortable with technical, analytical, and managerial hats.
- Clear communicator, solid planner, and someone who doesn't panic when things get a bit chaotic (we’re a startup — it happens ).
- Arabic speaker preferred.
