We are an IT services company. We do install Smart home, CCTV, and other IT Services.
We will be having a new office in Muweilah Sharjah and we require an Admin who can start in mid October/ 1st week of November.
Your JD include but is not limited to:
Making and sending quotations
Answering phone calls and emails, making memo
Making Financial statements, invoices
Following up a lot e.g payments,receivables and others
Purchasing and inventory
1- 2 years of Administration experience
Skills ( Excel, word, outlook, etc)
