Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

✅ Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.

✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

✅ Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor management.

✅ Assist in HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

📌 Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

📞 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

📈 Previous experience in administration or office management is a plus.
