About Us:

Alliance Events is a leading event production and rental company, providing high-quality AV, staging, lighting, and full event solutions in the UAE and KSA. We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and assist with event coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and general administration.
  • Assist in scheduling, emails, and document organization.
  • Support event coordination, logistics, and vendor communication.
  • Handle invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR processes.
  • Ensure smooth communication with clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role (events industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
