HRM Finder is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join a dynamic Sports Academy in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English—spoken, written, and typed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle scheduling, correspondence, and front-desk coordination
  • Assist in organizing sports programs, training sessions, and academy events
  • Maintain student records, registrations, and attendance
  • Liaise with coaches, parents, and vendors professionally and efficiently
  • Support management with reporting and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic & English
  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a sports or educational setting is a plus
