Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will enjoy keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining a professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily office administration and operational support
  • Schedule meetings and interviews and assist in staff onboarding
  • Handle documentation, purchase orders (POs), and coordination
  • Support staff augmentation and vendor processes
  • Maintain effective internal communication across teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the UAE
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools

Package includes AED 5,000–6,000/month, visa, medical coverage, and annual flight tickets.
