Description:

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator with accounting experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role involves managing daily office operations, organizing schedules, and maintaining thorough documentation, support the team with the daily tasks. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, offering professional customer service, and facilitating communication effectively between team members and stakeholders. Additionally, this role requires supporting various accounting-related tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks.
  • Ability to use and maintain Office Equipment efficiently.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting functions is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
