Denplex for Building & Construction Materials is currently hiring an Office Administrator to support its daily office and administrative operations in the UAE. This role is well-suited for an organized and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage documentation, coordination tasks, and basic reporting activities within a busy office environment.

The company is looking for a reliable candidate who can handle multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain reports and invoicing records
  • Handle general office coordination and day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and internal records
  • Use MS Excel and MS Word for reporting, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support management with routine office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage office tasks independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
