Description:

This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant, located on-site in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the executive team. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, assisting the finance manager and maintaining organized filing systems. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance and ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years UAE experience
