Looking for an Office Assistant in a factory in Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide administrative support for office systems and ERP (preferably SAP).
  • Manage system records, data entry, and report generation.
  • Assist with ERP queries and ensure accurate data in the system.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and scheduling.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
  • Communication – English and Hindi Mandatory
  • Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
