Marina Facilities Management is hiring a professional and service-focused Office Assistant to join its Head Office team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in office support or pantry services who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and workplace support.

The Office Assistant will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily office operations by supporting pantry services, meeting room arrangements, and general hospitality duties. Candidates should demonstrate a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pantry and hospitality duties within the office premises
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, Arabic coffee, and refreshments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and service areas
  • Manage pantry supplies and ensure proper stock arrangement
  • Arrange meeting rooms and coordinate with supervisors and staff
  • Support day-to-day office service requirements as assigned

Skills and Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Office Boy, Pantry Boy, or Steward is required
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication and teamwork skills
  • Service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent command of the English language is mandatory
  • Must be presentable, punctual, physically fit, and well-groomed
