Action Filmz Studios and Rentals is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Booking Coordinator to manage office communications, facilitate key administrative tasks, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the Manager to schedule jobs, manage workflow, and oversee daily bookings.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare quotations and provide administrative support to optimize resource management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for bookings, liaising with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinate crew assignments based on daily job requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain reporting for SEO and Google AdWords performance.

 

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration within the UAE (THIS IS A MUST)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Google Platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
