Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Visitor Management – Greet guests, manage inquiries, and provide a professional experience.
  • Executive Assistance – Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel for executives.
  • Office Operations – Oversee logistics, supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Administrative Coordination – Handle correspondence, documents, and office-wide communication.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proven office administration experience
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
  • Organizational multitasking ability and tech proficiency
