Office Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities such as birthdays, events and important milestones
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail and phone calls
  • Support the management in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
  • Support the management in business development as and when needed
  • Assist team members across departments for client events and other external activities

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive is a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
