Description:
TARRAD Development, a leading real estate developer recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation across the UAE, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager. This role will provide executive support to the Chairman and ensure the smooth daily operations of our corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison and executive support to the Chairman, managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, and confidential matters with utmost professionalism.
• Oversee all administrative functions to maintain efficient office performance and seamless coordination across departments.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist in project documentation and follow-ups with consultants, contractors, and clients within the real estate sector.
• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring a professional and organized office environment.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and arrangements for corporate events and business travel.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and summaries as required by the Chairman.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office management tools.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
