Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to efficiently oversee all front office operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and transportation
- Ensure guest satisfaction and manage complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee online reviews, maintain brand reputation, and work to improve overall rankings
- Train, supervise, and motivate front office team members to uphold service excellence
- Coordinate with all hotel departments for smooth and efficient operations
- Manage duty rosters, room allocations, and daily operational reports
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in Front Office operations within a 4/5-star hotel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Opera PMS
- Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced hotel environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest-handling capabilities
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
