Offplan Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site position for an Offplan Specialist - Multilingual role, based in Dubai. The Offplan Specialist will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing property information, arranging property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying process. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, negotiating sales, and coordinating with developers. The specialist will also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Arabic, French, Russian etc)
• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience using real estate CRM software and other technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
