Description:
Reporting to the Training Manager, with an indirect report into Head of DIFC sales, the Onboarding specialist will help create and deliver exceptional learning content across the sales teams and engage with key stakeholders in the business. The Onboarding specialist will also work closely with our Academy team to ensure new hires are provided with a consistent and quality experience.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging training to new and existing Cigna employees across Direct, Retentions and Broker channels to optimize performance
- Help design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity
- Continuous development of onboarding and training strategies
- Work closely with the sales management team to identifying needs
- Embed sales and compliance culture
- Dip checking and following up on agreed actions
- Partnering with Sales Intelligence and Sales Excellence team to ensure data driven decisions are made as well as continuous regulatory and compliance improvements
- Complete associated admin tasks to evidence training
- Work to KPIs set out by Training and Development Manager
