Description:
We are seeking motivated and target-driven Online Sales Representatives to join our team. Only Syrian and Egyptian candidates will be considered. This role involves managing online sales activities, handling customer interactions digitally, and driving revenue growth through various platforms.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in online sales or telesales, ideally within SaaS, digital services, or platform-based industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and sales tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships and close deals in an online environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multilingual ability (Arabic + English)
✅ Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with new leads and follow up on assigned prospects via calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and reporting systems
- Provide management with feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and support the brand image
