OpenShift Services:

• Cluster Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of OpenShift clusters, ensuring smooth operation, optimal performance, and resource allocation for NPSS and TDH applications.

• Application Support & Updates: Manage routine updates and deployments for NPSS and TDH banking applications, resolving issues and ensuring minimal downtime during updates or configuration changes.

• RedHat OpenShift Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining OpenShift Clusters

• Manage OpenShift Infrastructure ensuring optimum cluster sizing and resource allocation for hosted application

• Monitor OpenShift environment & configure alerts

• Maintain application access controls and ensure secure applications within shared infrastructure & Perform Security Updates

• Provide comprehensive documentation on cluster configurations, network policies and security protocols

• Provide continuous management and optimization of OpenShift environment

• Offer ongoing support to resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure management

• Target 99.99% of cluster uptime

• Target 95%+ deployment success rate

• Target to scale nodes up and down within the agreed timeframe

• Manage Backup and Restoration
