Operations and Project Delivery Manager

Description:

F SH Design House is looking for an experienced Operations & Project Delivery Manager to join our growing interior design team in Dubai.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands the Dubai interior design and fit-out industry and can bring strong organization, accountability, and structure to the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and delivery

• Manage project timelines, schedules, and follow-ups

• Coordinate procurement, purchasing, suppliers, contractors, and deliveries

• Monitor site progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality

• Coordinate closely with the Senior Interior Designer/Design Lead and design team

• Ensure drawings, approvals, selections, procurement, and site execution remain aligned

• Track outstanding actions and proactively resolve delays or operational issues

• Coordinate with Accounts/HR regarding supplier and contractor payments and client payment follow-ups

• Maintain clear project documentation and progress reporting

• Support communication and coordination with clients throughout project delivery

Requirements

• Relevant UAE/Dubai experience, preferably within interior design, fit-out, luxury residential, or high-end interiors

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai supplier, contractor, and fit-out market

• Proven experience in project delivery, procurement, and site coordination

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability

• Fluent professional English — spoken and written

• Conversational Arabic is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
