Operations Cum Brand Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results driven F&B Operations Cum Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management and a proven ability to motivate and lead teams. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, profitability and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple outlets or high-volume operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business

Oversee and support daily operational tasks, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and quality standards.

Monitor performance and implement marketing strategies to increase efficiency, sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with the senior management team to improve operational processes and standards.

Meet sales target and engage in efficient marketing plan

Lead and conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance performance, skills, and customer service.

Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets and implement cost control measures

Foster a positive working environment and promote continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

A total of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years ‘of experience in F&B operations-Dubai, ideally in a managerial role is mandatory

Experience in hospitality background and a valid driving license will be a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively.
