Operations & Events Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of our adventure events and installations across the GCC. You’ll oversee logistics, client coordination, and on-site execution — ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event and installation projects, from planning to delivery
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, shipping, and manpower
• Supervise site crews and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Liaise with clients and partners to align on project specifications and timelines
• Prepare budgets, schedules, technical drawings, and progress reports
• Provide technical input for project quotes and planning in collaboration with the sales team
• Ensure proper training and handover to clients post-installation

Requirements

• Proven experience in event or project management (preferably in leisure, adventure, or experiential activations)
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred)
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD/DWG, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to travel across the GCC
• A genuine interest in safety, innovation, and client service
• Valid driving license
