A leading Quick Service Restaurant group in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets. Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of a growing network of QSR outlets across the UAE. This includes ensuring operational standards, managing teams, controlling costs, and driving profitability while maintaining the highest levels of food safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple QSR outlets ensuring exceptional service quality, cleanliness, and food standards.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability by controlling costs and optimizing operational resources.

• Coach, mentor, and develop outlet managers and frontline staff to build a high-performing team.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, health, and safety regulations and standards.

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operational support.

• Implement and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational workflows and efficiency.

• Manage and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth business functioning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in QSR operations management.

• Proven leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience managing multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with POS and inventory management systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
