Description:

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager (RCM) in the Healthcare Sector — Immediate joining will be considered for shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day RCM activities including coding, billing, claims submission, collections and denial management. Develop and implement policies to streamline processes and reduce denials. Track and improve KPIs such as Days in A/R, denial rate, collection rate and clean claim rate.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage medical coders, billers and RCM specialists. Deliver regular training to keep the team aligned with payer rules and ensure workload is distributed to meet deadlines.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full compliance with DOH and UAE healthcare regulations. Review coding for accuracy against ICD-10-AM and CPT standards and perform periodic claim and documentation audits to prevent errors.
  • Financial Performance: Work closely with finance for revenue forecasting and tracking. Identify denial trends, propose corrective actions and optimise reimbursement through accurate coding and efficient claims handling.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present operational and financial RCM reports to senior management. Analyse performance data to identify gaps and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5–8 years’ UAE experience in RCM operations with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Certifications & technical skills: Medical coding certification preferred; strong proficiency in ICD-10-AM and CPT coding rules.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and DOH payer requirements.
  • Sector experience: Proven experience working in hospitals, medical centres or healthcare operations.
  • Soft skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities; experience driving process improvements.
