We are an award-winning ultra-luxury travel company with offices in London, Dubai & Houston. We create inspiring, tailor-made trips for discerning global travelers, partnering with the world’s most exclusive hotels and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm reservations for luxury hotels, private transfers, curated experiences, excursions, and villas
- Act as the main point of contact with suppliers, maintaining clear and professional communication via phone and email
- Liaise with global service providers, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records, confirmations, invoices, and CRM entries
- Proactively manage deadlines, payments, and changes to ensure every trip runs smoothly
- Provide operational support for VIP/HNWI travel and handle urgent last-minute requests when required
Requirements:
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Previous experience in hospitality, DMC operations, or luxury customer service
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator with global suppliers
- Knowledge of luxury hotel brands (Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, Belmond, etc.) is a plus
