We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Golden Dragon!
Golden Dragon is a long-established name in Haute Asian cuisine, operating lively restaurant outlets across Dubai and Sharjah since 1976. As the brand prepares to expand further across the UAE, we’re seeking a proactive Operations Manager to maintain service excellence and support growth.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and motivate teams to deliver consistent performance and high staff engagement.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency, control costs, and protect brand standards.
• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects across the UAE, contributing to planning and operational readiness.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience running standalone restaurant operations with a proven record of improving outlet performance.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage teams and multiple operational priorities.
• Candidates from Indian and Southeast Asian backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
