Operations Manager

Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Energy & Industrial business unit in KSA, including business development, tendering support, project execution, client management, operational planning, and profitability.

Key Requirements

The candidate must have a strong background in two or more of the following sectors:

• Oil & gas; upstream, midstream, or downstream
• Petrochemical and chemical plants
• Offshore and onshore industrial projects
• Steel, aluminium, or manufacturing plants
• Rope access, inspection, NDT, asset integrity, maintenance, shutdowns, or industrial services
• Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, SEC, or major industrial client environments
• Turnaround & Shutdowns activities
• Aramco experienced

Demonstrable Experience Required

We are looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate:

• Existing client relationships in Saudi Arabia, especially the Eastern Province
• Ability to generate business and convert opportunities into revenue
• Experience managing industrial service projects from award to completion
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, manpower planning, and productivity
• Experience preparing or supporting tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, clients, and site execution
• Proven track record of achieving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction targets
• Aramco proven experience
