EDEN AESTHETICS Clinic is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance the overall patient journey at its premium medical aesthetics and longevity clinic in Business Bay, Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for a professional who has a proven track record of managing high-end aesthetic clinics within Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, improving operational efficiency, and leading a multicultural team. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the clinic’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the clinic’s daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing multicultural team.

• Improve operational processes, enhance accountability, and optimize clinic workflows.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.

• Ensure premium patient care standards are consistently maintained for an international clientele.

• Address operational challenges effectively while driving measurable business improvements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in an operational or managerial position within a premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.

• Experience in recruitment, coaching, and talent development.

• Fluent and professional English communication skills.

• Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage.

• Strong understanding of luxury customer service and VIP patient expectations.
