Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM / Procurement Techno-Functional Specialist to support a client engagement in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will work onsite, providing both functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end SCM processes and the ability to lead implementations, integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Management, Cost Accounting, and Sourcing modules.
- Gather business requirements, design process blueprints, configure SCM modules, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices for SCM and procurement workflows.
- Integrate SCM modules with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance (AP/AR), HR, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to design and test reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, OBIEE, or related reporting tools.
- Prepare detailed documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure smooth adoption.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend process and system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, data quality, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM (Cloud) including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory, and Demand & Supply Planning processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation and post-implementation support.
- Familiarity with integration of SCM modules across Oracle Cloud suite (Finance, HR, Manufacturing).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
