We are seeking a highly motivated and Senior/Experienced Insurance Advisors to join our Individual Life Department. This role is pivotal in delivering bespoke insurance solutions to our diverse clientele and driving growth within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry experience and advisory acumen to provide clients with personalized life insurance plans, fostering long-term relationships and achieving sales excellence.

What you will do

· Client Advisory & Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on suitable life insurance products that meet their unique needs and financial goals.

· Sales & Business Development: Drive new business by actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the UAE market.

· Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to offer best-in-class solutions.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

· Custom Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored life insurance proposals to clients, clearly articulating product benefits and coverage.

· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales and advisory activities are compliant with UAE’s insurance regulations and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and customer service, to deliver a seamless client experience.

What equips you for the role:

· Experience: 4-5 years of life insurance advisory or sales experience preferred within the UAE or the GCC market.

· Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products and regulatory compliance within the UAE.

· Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

· Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
