TRIO Café is currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the café. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth is essential for success in this position.

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, motivate, and manage team performance effectively

• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue targets

• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene

• Monitor operational processes and enhance overall efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant or café operations

• Strong background in team leadership, staff training, and revenue generation

• Familiarity with Sappy POS system is an added advantage

• Knowledge of specialty coffee is beneficial but not mandatory

• Must be currently residing in the UAE
