Crowne Plaza Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting an Outlets Manager.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
YOU’RE DAY TO DAY
- Sets goals and delegates tasks to improve outlets/departmental performance
- Ensures that service colleagues are knowledgeable on both food and beverage menus
- Ensures perfect environment/communication at the outlet between culinary and service team.
- Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures and ensures staff are trained in safety procedures
- Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
- Adheres to and reinforces all standards, policies and procedures.
- Be aware of competition and market needs (competition check, pricing, promotion strategies).
- Work closely with the respective Chef to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the outlet in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Outlet Manager in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Good working knowledge & experience of UAE market knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organization and leadership skills.
- Developed problem-solving skills to effectively handle conflict in a way that works for both the customer and the staff.
- A dynamic personality, with the ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
