We're Hiring: Partnership & Business Development (Web3)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Web3 (strict requirement)

Avinya Labs is looking for a sharp and motivated Partnership & BD Associate to help us grow our Web3 ecosystem. If you’ve spent at least one year building partnerships, driving adoption, or growing communities in Web3 — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Source and close partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, and platforms
• Build and manage strong relationships across the ecosystem
• Represent Avinya Labs at key events and in strategic conversations
• Collaborate with product and marketing to drive real impact

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Web3 (non-negotiable)
• Strong grasp of crypto culture, trends, and tech
• Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
• Good to have: BD experience with a tech studio or Web3 dev agency
