Description:

Graystone Capital is seeking an experienced Partnership Development Specialist to drive our growth in the GCC region. In this role, you will identify and engage key decision-makers, leveraging digital tools to generate high-quality leads and build strategic relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our footprint in Working Capital and Trade Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development to support business growth.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends and client feedback to inform strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial sector.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
