What You’ll Do?

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with businesses, local governments, non-profits, and other key stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth through joint initiatives, co-marketing efforts, and other collaborative opportunities.
  • Engage in sales activities, including pitching mobility solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and mutual success.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnership strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.

 

Who You Are?

  • We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Manager with the following qualifications and skills:
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales in a fast-paced industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong background in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value partnership deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking KPIs, evaluating partnership performance, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
