Parts Counter Salesperson

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Counter Salesperson located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Parts Counter Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Daily tasks include managing inventory control, providing accurate and knowledgeable information to customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

1. The candidate must have in-depth, hands-on knowledge of spare parts for three major Japanese automotive brands—Nissan, Toyota, and Mitsubishi. This includes:

• Understanding part numbers, compatibility, and interchangeability between models and generations.

•Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical components, including engine, suspension, body parts, and accessories.

2. Proficiency in EPC systems is critical, especially for Japanese brands. The candidate must:

•Know how to navigate EPC for Nissan, Toyota EPC, and Mitsubishi

•Be able to find parts based on VIN/Chassis numbers and interpret exploded diagrams.

3. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region
