Payroll Manager

Description:

Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join its growing construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

The role requires strong coordination with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth salary processing, benefits management, and maintenance of accurate payroll records for reporting and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.

• Lead and support the payroll team while coordinating with HR, Finance, and other departments.

• Handle salary processing, benefits administration, and statutory payments.

• Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for management review and audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll management, preferably within the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and payroll systems.

• Ability to manage payroll processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
