Job Description:
- Experience in Telecom Testing and Test management
- Experience in API, BSS, OSS Testing
- Experience in Jira , Confluence , Real time dashboard reporting
- Experience in Defect management and Follow-ups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Monitor, manage and enforce quality gate processes to prevent defect seepage into downstream test processes or production
- Review all non- functional requirements that are passing through the area to ensure they are clear and testable
- Ensure test requirement tractability and coverage
- Work closely with the test leads across other technical areas to ensure there is a joined up and end to end testing for programme
- Monitor key metrics to drive decisions and initiatives around test process for continuous improvements
- Continually assess tool usage in the test function to ensure optimum performance and work with the tools team to drive improvements and change where necessary
- Initiate and implement the use of a QA knowledge base in the 13.Testing area and also ensure that there is ongoing maintenance of knowledge artefacts
