Hiring Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Preparing for meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents
  • Organizing fund-raisers, staff appreciation functions, and other company events
  • Calendar management of MD. Align meeting and appointments as per the schedule.
  • Follow up with department heads on various tasks assigned.
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases.
  • Managing day to day operation & MIS preparation, Preparing communication, research and presentation.
  • Attend meetings, prepare presentations, record meeting minutes, circulate
  • Manage the repots, send to group directors, maintain updated
  • Travel arrangement, bookings.
  • Attend, support in sales meetings, follow-up and closing
  • Overall administrative support to the Director.
