Location: Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Regional General Manager of an internationally renowned hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling correspondence and communication
  • Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
