Gulf Model School, Dubai, is seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Phase Supervisors (Grades 6–12) for both the Boys’ and Girls’ Sections. The successful candidates will play a vital leadership role in overseeing pastoral care, student well-being, and discipline while promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
About the Role
The Phase Supervisor will lead and manage pastoral and student welfare initiatives across Grades 6–12, ensuring students’ personal, social, and emotional development. The role involves close collaboration with teachers, counselors, parents, and school leadership to support student progress, behavior, and attendance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all pastoral care initiatives for the assigned phase (Grades 6–12) in either the Boys’ or Girls’ Section.
Support students’ well-being, behavior management, and attendance, ensuring all learners feel valued, safe, and supported.
Work closely with Section Heads, teachers, counselors to monitor student welfare and address individual student concerns.
Implement and maintain systems to track, support, and improve student behavior, engagement, and attendance.
Promote and uphold the school’s values, discipline policies, and pastoral standards through positive leadership and communication.
Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies when required to ensure effective student support.
Conduct regular meetings with form tutors and pastoral staff to review student progress and plan interventions.
Contribute positively to the school’s ethos, culture, and safeguarding practices.
Academic Responsibility at the beginning for Senior Secondary & Kerala Boards

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).
Degree in Psychology preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (pastoral or supervisory experience preferred).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Confident and professional personality with effective behavior management skills.
IELTS qualification required.
Experience working with secondary school students (Grades 6–12) is an advantage.
