Portal Listing Specialist Bayut, Property Finder And Dubizzle

Key responsibilities:

• Upload and manage property listings across multiple portals, including Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Ensure all listings are complete, accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for maximum visibility.
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly property descriptions.
• Coordinate with photographers and agents to gather high-quality photos and accurate details.
• Regularly monitor and update listings to maintain freshness and relevance.
• Analyze listing performance and suggest optimizations for better lead generation.
• Ensure compliance with portal guidelines and La Maison branding standards.
• Maintain internal property databases and keep records organized and up to date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within real estate in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle backend systems (TruCheck, Auto-Boost, SuperAgent, etc.).
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Basic photo editing and resizing skills are a bonus.
