Description:
Portfolio Manager required
- Willing to work in Abu Dhabi UAE
- Experience in UAE is a must
- Fluent in both Arabic and English verbal and written communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential private equity investments, including financial analysis, market research, and management assessments
- Negotiate and structure private equity deals, including term sheets and investment agreements
- Actively monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies, including financial and operational metrics
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute value-creation plans
- Attend and participate in board meetings and other governance activities for portfolio companies
- Identify and execute exits for portfolio companies, including M&A and IPO transactions
- Stay current on market trends and developments in the private equity industry
